I spend time on Keowee every summer fishing, and around Asheville a few times on the fly. Love the Upstate! Hoping to chase some turkeys over there this spring.

I put a ton of weight on my two boys for playing ball with elk tacos. A metric shit-ton of elk tacos. Use a homemade spice recipe instead of that shit in the store. Then bake them. Pretty legit. It became our go-to family meal really.

Brewed down the road from me in Kentucky, Country Boy is a go-to around here. My boat cooler stays hydrated with Cougar Bait.
