I'd say it was about 2 1/2" out of the box. I did go back afterwards though and I replaced the springs with the B12 special coil spring that I found on this site called mudify. Currently shacked up in San Diego. Been wing shooting since i was about 13 (I'm 29 now for reference), thanks to my dad's addiction to bird dogs. I'm currently tits deep on my tacoma build. Put 8100's front and rear and love em so far. Did a pretty good amount of cutting and welding on the cab mounts and firewall to get 35's on without any rubbing up front. Next step is some high clearance front and rear bumpers cause I get some rubbing...- collinfisher81
