I'm Matt Johnston. I'm an Army veteran who served a few years as a very young man. After that, I spent a decade in construction, then I moved into building maintenance and facilities management. I have always had a deep appreciation for the outdoors. When I'm not working, the goal is to be fishing, hunting, target shooting, or exploring backcountry trails by 4x4. I camp to be where the fun is. I also do nature photography when I'm out and about. I'm always drawn to places that reward self-reliance and curiosity. I am a believer and follower of Jesus Christ and do my best to keep up with His plans for my life.
