The unstructured Safety Third hat surprisingly became my favorite piece of FE Clothing and favorite hat period. I bought it hoping it would fit my fat head, and surprisingly it fits beautifully. I forget its there and it has become my go-to.

I already own one, and enough adapters to put it on just about everything I own, and future stuff I don’t own yet. Also have the Spartan Hoplite tripod and their Vidar Bipod and multiplier adapter. Don’t really need another at this point.

The 4” is going to give you a little more velocity for supers, but not a tremendous amount. As a con, the 12” brings you into NFA territory. Not the issue it used to be with $0 ‘stamps’ beginning 1/1, but still have the paperwork and wait time.
I personally have a 16” Fix w/6.5 CM barrel...
Finally got everything together to start shooting my Stag 10 Marksman AR10 in 6.5CM this past Spring. It might be the best AR10 you can buy for the $$. Can be had for around $1,500, easily shoots 3/4 MOA or better with Winchester Match ammo.

I tend to change my watches like I change my socks, but usually have a Longines Hydroconquest on when traveling or one of my Sangins on as a daily driver.
