I dont go to Costco nearly enough but every time I go, I see so many items that tempt me. I like to hear first hand feedback from folks. Whatcha got?

This is a great question, definitely going to follow this thread. I feel like every time I go in there there is something new and great. I just wish there was one a lot closer.

One play I've done recently is the bulk pack of thin sliced ribeye. Then they get light season and go in the dehydrator for tasty snacks in the field or on the road.
Oh I like the idea! There is a pack of pre cooked and thin sliced sirloin I really like but that probably wouldnt work for this.

We get the Brownie Bites, Caramel S’mores, Korean BBQ pork jerky. The Costco Business Center always have great deals on Meat, Butter, Milk. We are talking big bulk deals. My wife likes the Cacoa baking powder. We also like their selection of cheeses.

We have also bought the Southwest Airlines discounted gift cards. I know that is not food but it is great if you travel.

I use to own a Charcuterie business, and would frequent Costco A LOT. They have a great selection of cheese and meat. Their fruit prices are outstanding and I personally think are pretty great quality. My kids will devour a container or strawberries/raspberries/blueberries in one sitting...so the bulk buy is our way of life. They also have cotton candy grapes/gum drop grapes fairly often, and those things are like crack. The praline pecans were a customer favorite, as well as the dark chocolate covered caramel with sea salt. Around Christmas they have cocoa truffles and those are to die for.

A buddy alerted me to Kirkland Signature Small Batch Bourbon, produced by Barton 1792 Distillery, 1-liter bottles, for like $19 at Costco a couple of years ago. He had a case in his shopping cart, and his wife was giving him some grief. He called me and asked me to help him out of this bind by splitting it with him. I was happy to oblige!
It's pretty good bourbon! I don't drink bourbon up all that fast, and I already had a small collection. My son may inherit some of this.

Holy deliciousness! What is it with the FE staff and pictures of amazing food? Either gourmet butter connoisseurs or charcuterie board chefs!
