It’s been a while since I’ve carried IWB at 3/4/5 o’clock so there may be some newer options. With that, I think it’s hard to beat the Comp Tac Minotaur holsters. You get the positive and consistent retention and “click” of a kydex holster while having the warmth, comfort, and pliability of old fashioned leather. The clip system is also great for keeping the gun grip very concealed and close against your body. After a few months of wear, it will start to feel like a part of your body.Recommendations for IWB at 5 o’clock carry of a Glock 19. Sit/drive too much for AIWB carry
Agreed on the belt. I really like the Zero Belt from Tenicor. For 5 o’clock carry, you might want the heavy version.Tier 1 makes some good ones, just get something that is adjustable. The more you can customize it you your own body the better. All that really matters is your comfortable when wearing it. If it feel awkward or you can't bend over and tie your shoes, it will become burdensome and you'll carry less. Also the belt matters. Dont skimp on the belt it might be as important as the holster. Also should be easily adjustable, especially if you are getting in and out of a vehicle often.
....not sure how 5 o'clock is more comfortable for sitting/driving. AIWB with Kusiak has been most comfortable for me, longer than 30 minutes of driving put it in the cup holder.Recommendations for IWB at 5 o’clock carry of a Glock 19. Sit/drive too much for AIWB carry
