Good luck! I would say One Man’s Wilderness, The Revenant (not sure if that bodes well reading that book while on a bear hunt?), Oh No! We’re Gonna Die (Humorous tales of close calls), or Down the Great Unknown.

John, I'd offer you a suggestion but, seeing as how I cannot seem to kill a bear year after year (damn you, Sammy), I will refrain. Good luck, amigo.

Is reading on a hunting trip a thing?! I've never had that kind of down time in a hunting camp.. usually either hiking out before daylight or prepping the horses and then hunting all day until dark, then caring for animals and cooking after dark and starting it all again the next day.
But I've never been on a guided hunt or hunted from a lodge either so there's that. Maybe one day..

I’ve been saving the latest volume of the journal for the flight to Oregon with the hopes of pissing off some people who don’t take too kindly to our activities or lifestyle. Who knows, maybe I’ll make some converts?! Also hope to finish Bill O’Reilly’s Killing the Rising Sun before Jack Carr’s The Fourth Option arrives

Jack Carr's "Fourth Option" is a good read!

No sorry! I don't think that the Fourth Option releases until mid May, I was thinking of Terminal List and Savage Son and just saw "Jack Carr" and spouted off.
