Bravo Company Recce — 60 Second Review
As the Sensei of Things and Such, I feel like I might be qualified to talk about the Bravo Company Recce 5.56 carbine. After all, I spent most of my adult life in an intimate relationship with the original Recce rifles developed for myself and the gang of pirates I called my friends and teammates.
Is the Bravo Company Recce 14 the “Best Recce Rifle Ever?” I’d have to say no. In my opinion, my daily driver that accompanied me on several long walks around the sandpits of the GWOT is the best Recce rifle ever because it was mine. It never failed me, and it delivered lead pills to the exact spot I needed them every time.
Where the BCM Recce 14 stands out though is straight reliability and function. The MCMR handguard is stiff like your wife likes it, with plenty of room for bedazzing with lights, lasers, and anything else the Reddit experts tell you is mandatory for a “Battle Rifle.”
The 14.5-inch 1:7 twist barrel has a pinned and welded compensator to keep those pesky ATF guys happy without the rigamarole of tax stamps.

Leave some comments below (or in Society), tell me what your favorite Bravo Company Rifle is. Or even better, let’s have a discussion about “The Best Recce Rifle to Ever Grace this Planet,” but be prepared for the basement dwellers to tell you why you’re wrong.
