CA Black Bear

CA just approved all hunters to be allowed two black bear tags per season. I'm newer to hunting and have some out-of-state and some in-state hunts planned for this year, but would love to explore more opportunities here in CA. The news headlines about this additional tag got me thinking that my office could use the added ambiance of a black bear rug (or two). However, I'm from San Diego and have no experience with bears and very limited overall hunting experience. Because of this, a guided hunt seems the most sane thing to do, so does anyone have any black bear outfitter recommendations for CA? Does Outrider have a Black Bear Double Team hunt in the works? Also would love any general advice and/or strategies for CA hunting more broadly. Thank you!
