Pete over at Origin is going to have a "Green Friday" sale at the end of this month, looks like they have their boots on sale now in their "Last Chance" section of their site, Made in USA..... @PeteRoberts SideBar: Pete's been in/of the outdoor/hunt stuff for 20_ years...why not do an FE collab with their new Origin Chukka @Ron Dan ?

I’m probably the oddball in all of this and have transitioned to all barefoot style shoes and boots. Lems and Vivobarefoot are my go tos but I’ve been looking at the Jim Green barefoot soles.
I have two pairs for Lems boulder boots one all leather, one cordura and synthetic leather that are 7-8 years old and they have actually held up amazingly for being so damn light weight. I wore out a pair of Blundstones and my thinking is to wear the lems out and replace both types of boot with some jim green barefoot stockmans, those with my Courtney Selous should give me two really good options that aren’t overlapping in function

I have the Lems Boulder Corduras and the Outlanders but I will definitely be getting a pair of Jim Green’s. Those look pretty solid.
