What's a lefty? I'd probably load up a credit card if I found a Steyr Daimer Puch Mannlicher Schoenauer in LH version in a good caliber.
IDK, I've always shot ambidextrous everything as a matter of training; the monte carlo is for a lefty, bolt is on the right, the 4x scope is a German made Supra 4x81 something or other....general field wear with some crazy carving and engravings.

I do prefer shooting RH bolts prone, from a rest or tripod where the rifle is fully supported. I can be wicked quick with them then (shooting them left handed with my right hand working the bolt).

left handed shooter like me, what a stock, maybe i am seeing it wrong but monte carlo is for a lefty, I have had right handed bolts without the monte carlo and shot them left, like an M77 Ruger etc

The scope adjustments are made from the left? Looks like this is #2 of a collection, or the engravings were done at the Vienna production facility.

Looking at all the pics, it looks like some old school southpaw with deep pockets converted this beauty as best he could into something more usable for a left hander

Just the amount of work in even the grip cap on that , true craftsmen in my opinion, not to digress I have been loooking at Steyrs and they do make some newer ones left handed.
