My wife recently got a pizza stone and has sorted out from scratch pizza dough. Her banh mi pizza is almost through beta testing and is nearing perfection. Does anybody else have any nontraditional toppings that chart new frontiers of epicurean delight?

Cheeseburger pizza. I use Brian Lagerstrom's (YouTube) "Easy Pizza Dough" a little ketchup & mustard instead of pizza sauce, Colby jack/full fat mozz at 50/50, pickles, onions, lots of ground beef crumbles, a little more mozz, some fresh grated parm, then a little sea salt. I use a pizza steel in a 550F conventional oven, cook it until it looks like I want to eat it. Sounds weird, but pretty damn good.

I'll probably get assigned a lap for this, but lately I have been making a Spicy Hawaiian pizza. Ham, pineapple, jalapenos, and cheese. I use the Trader Joe's pre-made wheat pizza dough

Love me some cupped pepperoni. I also love hot honey and ricotta. Just never tried them all together.
There’s a restaurant close by called Sunnside Pizzeria. They make this pie and it’s addictive.

Daaaaayum!!!! I just looked the restaurant up and then Googled images of the pie. I started licking my monitor...
Right across the street is Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza. Google that one too. The ricotta stuffed star pizza is a game changer.

Taco pizza. Thin crispy crust, salsa as the sauce, beef crumble, Black olives if that’s how you roll, bake and top with lettuce, tomato, and grated cheese.
