Mine are as follows 38 LCR constant in the Jeep, S&W airlite 22 for walking jobs and light weight carry( more rabid animals than snakes ) I have to check clearing lines and silt fence ( construction development) , Go to rifle Jakyl 556 with scope , or SBR AR15 platform, last but not least my Henry big boy x .357 lever gun with a can, Or a sig 365 with a dead air odessa, what are your thoughts 2017 Jeep Wrangler 2 DR only use it when truck is in the shop and as more of a UTV on my hunting land.

Generally my old Marlin 30-30, or my Uberti 1873 45 long colt, I usually have my Marlin 22 Magnum bolt gun and Colt single action 22 Magnum pistol...

I keep a M16 in my truck (not a jeep). Never know when someone might request a demo of what my company can offer.

Back in our Jeep days it was just the M37 DeerSlayer 'cuz you needed the rest of the room in there for spare parts, jacks, jumper cables, extra batteries, the LandCruiser Bible volume 1-127 on how to keep your Jeep friends on track.....think there was a P90 in there somewhere....

Hard top or soft top jeep? Do you used a Decked system or anything like that?
 
I don't live in a free state (yet), but when I do, I'll ride dirty with a Short Barreled Shotgun like a Remington 870 or Mossberg 590A1 sporting a Vang Comp Systems barrel upgrade and something like a Trijicon RCR for a dot. Buckshot in the tube plus a mix of birdshot and slugs in a side saddle. This way I'll have loads on hand for anything from a snake a few feet away to an angry mammal 50yds out.
