My father in law informed my wife he was getting some hogs he raised slaughtered. This past weekend he delivers nearly 300lbs of sausage, short ribs, pork roast, pork chops, and cube steak. I’m in hog heaven lol

Now please provide me with your favorite pork recipes so I can consume this meat with some variety.
