In Judges 20:18 it says “The sons of Israel arose and went up to Bethel, and inquired of God, “Which of us shall go up first to battle against the Benjaminites?” And the Lord said, “Judah shall go up first.” Judah means “praise” and this is where the saying comes from that “when praise goes up then blessings come down.” I think sometimes it’s difficult to give praise and thanks during tough times, but that’s what God calls us to do. I thought it would be neat to start a thread where we could all share the things happening in our lives that we are grateful for BIG or SMALL and see how that shifts our perspective and changes our situations and the people around us.

To start, after a several month long, multi stage interview process, I have been invited to join THE Knight’s Templar 😭. 12 year old me watching Leelee Sobieski’s Joan of Arc movie for the first time is hoopin and hollerin 🖤 ⚔️ 🛡️. Never crossed my mind it was still an active order one could join and the way I came across it could only be described as a “God thing.” Here’s the website if you’re like me and interested in being a part of something like that: https://www.knighttemplar.org/. It’s open to Christians of all denominations, not just Catholics now. Anyway, I’m super excited so thought I’d share ☺😊. It’s a cool thing when God‘s plans align with yours.

Congrats! That's awesome!

Living more in Faith, displacing the fear and demons with the Light of the Lord's path. Our Daily Bread (personal prayers) spoken out loud....asking for Him daily into our family has suddenly opened MANY doors, and brought new people/places/things into our lives. God Bless you and your path too!
