Rifle build idea, need a M70 action

Alright, I had some extra time and now I've got this rifle build in my head and I'm going to run with it. But I need a M70 CRF action for the base. Before I go scouring the intrawebs I figured I'd see if you guys had some thoughts on where to start looking.

Also this is needed for a .375H&H so it’ll need to be a long magnum action

Yep, 375 H&H.

My goal is a very utility driven build. Not too many details as I need the shake it out with @switzerjordan to see whats possible.
