You've bought every gun, you have plenty of taxidermy, and you have a nice selection of watches and knives, but what kind of art are you putting in your study or trophy room?

Are you decking your walls out with tatic-cool modern art? Or are you more of a sporting gent with traditional motifs? Perhaps, you like old advertisements that drip with nostalgia?

Maybe you haven't thought about artwork at all? If that's the case, I highly recommend you start collecting.

Some sporting art inspired by the American West: Prints by Homer are always nice. Or Bob Kuhn. If you're into more contemporary work, Jerry Talton's hand-carved decoys are super classy. And if you want to go all out, you could buy a painting by Nicolas Coleman or his dad, Michael Coleman.

What kind of Sporting Art do you like or have? Post below!

It's not in my study, there's no art in here yet, but my aunt painted this which is in my family room:

This is my favorite piece of wall art.. it was presented to me at my retirement, much to the chagrin of the chiefs and admin. It was presented to me by a group of citizens and their tear ridden presentation at my retirement had everyone else in tears. I myself became a little concerned with some of what they were saying because I had been operating "off the reservation" and the statute of limitations hasn't run out... They also presented me with a Shadow Systems MR920 elite... Probably of all my medals and awards this gift of appreciation from them, members of the community I served is the most rewarding. Funny how I was hired and sworn to uphold the law, but the most rewarding moments for me and the most beneficial for my "community" was when I operated alone outside of the law, in the shadows...
