How hard is it to make the sheaths convertible to a horizontal carry? Just asking, as it's easier for me on horseback to have the horizontal vs vertical. Love the knife.

Very easy — the Winkler Sweet T sheath allows the carry to be vertical, horizontal and diagonal, for either right- or left-side carry
