Walther PDP F-Series — 60 Second Review
The Walther PDP F-Series pistols are one of my favorites for daily carry, throwing in a travel bag, or even slipping into the wife’s purse for trivia night.
You can search the web and Youtube for “The Best EDC Gun” or “What’s the Best Carry Pistol” and you’ll get an ass load of returns that cover every corner of the pistol market and that’s because some dude is getting paid to say its the best or he’s trying to make a name for himself so he can get paid in the future. At Field Ethos we just tell you how it is, honest opinions for guys that know a thing or two about a thing or two.
So here’s why I love this compact EDC Pistol. First it’s a Walther PDP series, so you get all the same reliability, functionality, and accuracy as the full-size pistols in a compact package. In the F-Series line you have about eight different options from the standard F-Series in 3.5” and 4”, the the Pro versions, and there’s even a comp’d variation and 4” with an Aimpoint Acro cut.

The Walther PDP F-Series come with either a 10-, 15-, or 18-round magazine depending on the model, some have a flared mag well, and oh hell just go read the review I wrote last year on the F-Series Pro 3.5”. So quit searching for The Best Of Whatever and just subscribe to Field Ethos like the cool kids do and stop being all weird.
