I missed early teal in my area but the first week or two of general waterfowl first sprint were really good- first week of second sprint was also good but otherwise kind of just been a few early fliers and a few late ones. I've got about two weeks left in the season for North Zone and plan to get back out.

Tis the season. The snows showed up on the farm today. Unfortunately none got close enough, but always cool to watch.
I have hunted geese around the world and snow geese are still the biggest pain in the ass going.

I have watched flocks flare off of 1,500+ live geese in a field.

When it is good it's amazing, but those days can be far between.

We don’t target them. Some crews put out huge spreads, but the farmers drive around and shoot at them from the road to get them out of the fields so they are constantly moving. Occasionally they get close and it is an experience if you are downwind and can pick em off on the edges and they circle.
