I'm in the market for a suppressor for a .45 ACP & a .45-70. Going to buy two separate suppressor's. The .45-70 is for my Marlin Trapper. I was thinking about going with a Liberty Goliath, but I have no experience with Liberty products. The .45 ACP can is for an FNX Tactical. I've used the first-gen Osprey 45 and liked it just fine. That is dad's can though, and I need to get my own. So my question to you guys, what .45 Pistol and rifle suppressor's have you used? Would you buy again or go a different route? Anybody with first hand experience with the Liberty Goliath have any feedback?

The go-to for 45-70 has been the Rugged Obsidian 45. If you absolutely want another can for the pistol, you could justify it because America. Otherwise it’s a great can for both purposes and you could just swap out necessary parts for the host.

Do you happen to know where you got the thread adapter for the Marlin? I checked through Silencer Central because they have an Obsidian in stock and all I see is 11/16x24 to 5/8x24. There is a real chance I'm just retarded when it comes to this stuff because it's been quite a while since I bought & set up a new suppressor. So forgive my ignorance.
And America is the only reason to have more than 1... I'm not trying to unscrew and move things around!
