Truly special @Omega Watch Guy

Something I’ve tried to do is every week day since November or December of ‘24 is to spend about an hour in prayer in the morning. A lot of mornings it’s less, some mornings it’s more. From the time I get in the shower until I get out the door, I’m trying to be in prayer. It has transformed my faith in The Almighty, and changed my life in ways that I can’t even begin to describe. Maintaining focus on the fact that The Lord will provide, and His Providence is more than enough has been life altering. Each day, the focus is on total surrender to Christ.

Today’s verse (John 14:6) in the Bible App is reflective of surrender:

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on you do know him and have seen him.”
(I went ahead and included John 14:7)

My kiddo colored this a few months ago at pre-k during a time when I needed to hear it (because that’s how God works). It’s impossible to keep every piece of art they make but this one is the equivalent to the first kid picked for dodgeball in PE and stays in the table next to my recliner—more for me than him. In the words of my dad, you must have ESPN 😆—Great minds think alike ✝️

That is PRICELESS!

“But there are some things that you cannot be sure of. You must take a chance. If you wait for perfect weather, you will never plant your seeds. If you are afraid that every cloud will bring rain, you will never harvest your crops.” Ecclesiastes 11:4

Do the scary things. Do the hard things. Don’t get paralyzed in the pit of perfectionism. Life is too short to be complacent.🌻

“ I will make you a great nation and I will bless you and make your name great so that you will be a blessing.” Genesis 12:2

That’s the second time this week I’ve come across this verse.
