I’m a pretty practical person. I don’t care much for hype or trends, I care about what actually works. Whether it’s gear, training, food, or just how I structure my day, I’m focused on keeping things simple, reliable, and effective. If something’s overly complicated or just looks good on paper, it’s probably not for me. I’d rather stick with what’s proven and dependable.

I’m also big on being prepared and improving over time. There’s a clear difference between going in ready and just hoping it works out, and I try to stay on the right side of that. Same with fitness and nutrition, I’m not chasing extremes, just staying capable, strong, and consistent. If I can build routines that are easy to follow and actually sustainable, that’s what I’m aiming for.

At the end of the day I like figuring things out firsthand and hearing how other people approach the same problems. There’s no perfect setup, just what works best for the situation. I’m always open to refining things, learning something new, and making adjustments where it makes sense.
