Been stacking FE gear and reading the journals for a bit — many issues strewn about the bus, which drives my wife crazy — she's always chasing them down and won't stop complaining about the one we're missing: Vol. 1, 2022. If anyone has a lead on that DTJ cover, I'm offering a bounty — might cut through the noise long enough to bend a few more pages in peace.

Summer in CO/MT - warmer spots in the winter. Currently rolling through FL on the Marathon, now in Jupiter — scoping the state for a homestead where we can build a big single story with a dedicated two-channel listening room. With Starlink on the bus, I take a meeting or two between stops — investing, seed to scale — but went off script and threw some cash at a buddy's ResTech shop out in the Chattahoochee Hills in GA, mostly to feed my high-end audio habit. Heading there after the SFF Gala in Dallas.

I collect 1911s and other fun stuff that I probably shouldn't — you wouldn't want to break into this bus. Family loves the water — they do the tanks and scubajets, I find a window to stone fish and put food on the table. Kicking around an idea to charter something special and finally check Raja Ampat off the list.

I also sit on the advisory board for the Special Forces Foundation — 33 Alpha. Just picked up an LTT IMPACT at a Langdon / SFF shooting event during a golf outing — so yeah, my hobbies tend to collide.

Looking forward to the Firearms and Waterman threads especially. And for you golfers — hit me up if you want to play Rodeo Dunes this summer.

Glad to be here.

Welcome aboard Army. Where in Denver? My daughter lives in Broomfield and runs the equine program at a local farm.
Thanks man - I did not serve - 33 Alpha is a cadre of civilians that stand behind the foundation offering Advice, Mentoring and $ - https://sff33a-launch.bdigitalpartners.com/ - but honored to support! We are down near Parker, shoot at Aurora Gun Club and DCF. Looking for land in MT, probably near one of those dope new golf courses.

Would love to learn more about your daughters equine program!

Welcome! Looks like a pretty sweet setup on the bus. Don’t be shy to share some good 1911 pics when you can.

Welcome to the Society…hope you enjoy The Sunshine State. We are here in central Florida. Amazing weather right now…get out there and kill a turkey, season is still open

She is the Equine Program manager at The Urban Farm. It's a non-profit farm outside of Denver. She takes care of the horses and teaches riding lessons. She has also lectured at CSU a couple of times. One of the few kids I know who is actually using her college degree

Glad you're here, amigo. The FE license plate on the tour bus is a nice touch.
