Do employees get laps or get fired?

Realized I’ve not introduced myself and I’m an admin on this thing. Oops.

Aside from a 6 month hiatus last year (I was in Italy — don’t @ me), I’ve been with the FE team since 2022. I came for the publication and stayed because it’s the only workplace that welcomes my mildly inappropriate sense of humor.
I neither hunt nor fish but I do ride motorcycles in countries I probably shouldn’t.

Writing - art - photography - design - watches - booking one-way flights to foreign places. These things are my bread/butter. If you’re looking for my unqualified opinions, you can find me somewhere in those threads

Solid. You never answered the question about laps or being tossed?

In my garage gym we have a standing rule. Miss three morning without a valid reason and/or bad communication and our ‘laps’ are you owe the gym 100 burpees while the group drinks beer and chirps at you.
