Unfortunately, I did not snag one. Was spending time with the family this afternoon/evening and wasn’t paying attention to my phone. Maybe I can get one on the next drop.

Fact is that there was very limited time before he first mentioned it could happen before he dropped it without warning. Been checking this thread several times day for a month. Dude said he’d give plenty of notice. Gayest drop I’ve ever seen.

He said it would be in January… yesterday was the 30th, so it was going to be either yesterday or today. Then he gave a 2 hour heads up which seems pretty reasonable to me, but I guess that’s subjective.

Let’s keep it positive and appreciate these guys for making awesome collabs and content.

You must be new here….

You should be thankful that @Jason Vincent and all of these guys work their tails off to make these collaborations happen. They go to the ends of the earth to source the best of the best so that a few schlubs like us can get the chance to buy cool things that are limited in quantity. At the end of the day, it’s just a watch and it’s just a “thing,” albeit a very cool thing that I am disappointed that I missed, but it’s not the end of the world, and perhaps I’ll get another chance at the next one. Maybe you will too.

If you’re going to be that upset about the way that the drop was done, you can:

A) take a lap, be a man about missing the drop, and get over it

or

B) take a one way lap to an ICE protest, because that’s the kind of place where you can reject any semblance of masculine self responsibility and express your negative emotions to the world.

THIS. I don’t “have the time to live on the internet” either. I’ve got a wife and three girls ages 8 and under. It’s a busy house. I still managed to get the email alert that JV had posted a reply in this thread. Saw the link and password, bought a new watch. Took like 2 minutes tops from when I saw the email.

I have to disagree with you on this. This was the last watch FE was going to drop. Sangin will no longer sell watches and I no longer have the ability to track time.

My wife left me and took the kids because I don't have this watch. All my friends are wearing it and I feel excluded, which has increased my anxiety, and forced me to rely on ice cream sandwiches to heal the empty void on my wrist.

Please don't belittle my experience.
