Personally, yes, seems to be a difficult season. But there are always peaks and valleys.

One form of "therapy" i forgot to mention is sending memes back and forth with my best friend... hahaha you...hahaha me...they all insinuate we are pretty psycho , but we laugh and keep it moving. Probably a female thing.
I do the same. I'm in a group on IG which we call, "Meme Sharing Fucktards" We're all friends irl and know the only rule is don't be a bitch. Oh, and if a member dies, delete the group from his phone before anyone sees it

That’s an affirmative, meme’s, gif’s, movie clips from YouTube, endless barrages of stupidity that provides a smile - and I hate to write it, but will, it’s not gender based 🤯
Love hearing guys do the same thing. It would be a shame if you didn't.

Not much to add that hasn’t been said, but here goes:
- Bourbon, although that leads to snacks so dangerous.
- Dark humor and memes shared with a bro-in-law or my daughter.
- Time spent with two awesome dogs who find fun in almost anything.
- Getting headspace dialed in remembering not everyone gets to be old and pain means I’m alive.

I once had a shitty job at the Pentagon for two years. Commute sucked and the job did too. I’d joke at staff meetings that I tried to lay down in front of a bus but it just swerved around me, etc…. My boss, a colonel, counseled me in writing and said “as the say in Dinotopia, this too shall pass.” Cartoon counseling.
