Ask Alexandra Brigham Shopify popup annoying

Every time I log on I get an annoying Shopify popup . Also there is no way to stay logged on. Anyway to disable the Shopify ? And is a stay logged on button?

Agreed! Wish there was a way to stay logged in

I can post a screenshot the next time I see it, but when logging in on my phone it pops up and uses faceid to log me in, then asks me to use Shopify to confirm it’s me. But it’s the same thing for me!

That one happens when you land on our store. So when you're redirected to login, it pops up. If we can figure out the "stay logged on" issue then all will resolve. our tech guys are looking into it

I have a theory of why it's doing this. If you are have this issue email the Gimp and he can send you an account activation email. That should bypass the Shop log in BS...hopefully.

I just emailed it in to the Gimp so will keep yall posted.

The Gimp said it didn't work. I had him run each of you guy's info and you all already have active accounts. Back to square one, apologies for the small bit of hope i gave you

Worst case scenario I click the little X. Happy to be the test Guinea pig if you need it.

Anyone else having this login show up recently? Mine started doing this last week. I click “log in here” and it just takes me into the main page so not really a major problem.

Logged in after a while and the Shopify popup still blocks the log in screen . The popup needs to be X'ed out before logging in. So the issue has not been resolved .
