IIRC the ewe toobz channel is "Jason Hanson" and he claims to be former CIA, of course specialized in trade craft.

He presents the idea per anonymity and hiding your property and associated ID, from behind an LLC formed in Wyoming via agents who do this for cheap fees.

WTH are you on Milo, you might ask.....? We have been buying vacant chunks for cheap, whenever I find them in a desirable area. We have been getting unsolicited mail/e-mails from Realtors and other "agents" to buy these properties.

I'm reading that their initial queries are part of the deed stealing schemes, when people respond to them, I have NOT. However, I'd just like to take all our shit off their radars, period.

Anybody try the WY LLC angle, or is there something better?

Uh.... Yeah.

Registering an LLC, is a officially notifying a State. Which in turn notifies the Feds. Which was the issue of "beneficial ownership" that was a hot IRS/Treasury/Financial Crimes issue in '24 leading up to the "election".

So, to make this short and avoid the obvious tirade, avoiding prying eyes by notifying said prying eyes is, in a word, stupid.

The more direct answer is, unless you're going to go to pretty elaborate lengths (and cost) to layer and shell... an LLC, in any State, is not going to make you anonymous in any way.

Now.... beyond that, here's a bit to chew on...
Yup. Tons of racers form their Racing Corps under LLCs in Nevada, for instance, but I figured it was mainly for tax purposes.

It appears it's also for privacy, where those states as Hanson discusses like WY have more advanced privacy statutes; you configure the disclosure metrics, opposed to the likes of MI and WI it appears they sell your shit even when told NOT to.

Advanced purpose(s) to be under a "property management" LLC wherein we can write off things like property taxes, etc..

It's a myriad of manure, gotta start somewhere BEFORE these shits get further.

Only comment on Jason’s bona fides. He WAS CIA but he has zero experience in tradecraft. He spent his time employed in the Office of Security and the Security Protective Service. He was not a case officer engaged in our core business of recruiting and running assets and stealing secrets.

What we've done is created a trust which has a random name which is completely unassociated with us. The trust owns all of our property. Most people do something like "The Smith Family Trust of 2026"
Yes. "trusts" are the way to go. Understand that all "trusts" aren't created equal.

Then there's the idea of "captives"....

Yes... there is a rash of GWoT "gunfighter bros", CIA "tradecraft experts", and at this point, even some KGB/FSB "business consultants" out there. And... they are ALL more than willing to "share" their knowledge. Then... there are boomers and fuds trotting out their tired nonsense from a world that doesn't exist any longer. "Credentialed" influencers. 🙃

Beware the "info-war".

Caveat emptor. Same as it's always been. The only thing that's changed is "information velocity".

There is no "misinformation/disinformation/malinformation". There is just "information". The responsibility for filtering and applying lies with the user.

Then, there's propaganda (in the orginal Catholic sense... not even the agitprop sense). White/Black/Gray....

Welcome to the 4th Generation.
