Didn’t do much over the weekend, but today I put on my FE hat and got into some snook in the Glades.
My dad and I, who is about to turn 70 caught a pretty amazing doubles wave on Sunday! This is where I want to take @Terry Houin and @Jason Vincent for a Waterman trip before hunting season.

Celebrated my anniversary on the 12th, and my daughter’s first birthday today - zoo, lots of good food, and some church yesterday too.
Still new to the area so got out and checked out the nearby towns and countryside, seeing what’s what!

Fortunately, I'm semi-retired now so my weekends are a little more lively... last weekend I took the kiddos fishing by the farm and Wyatt caught a bruiser 5 lb. 22-inch Rainbow trout. The weekend before that I was enjoying Cabo slaying tuna, dorado and striped marlin!

Last Friday night I white-knuckled it up to the Adirondacks in a blizzard with my 9 year old son. We skied/snowboarded Saturday, and on Sunday another blizzard rolled through home in NJ cancelling school on Monday. Our one day ski trip turned into three. The little dude can rip on skies and he's making me work to keep up with him. For apres ski, he headed out behind the cabin with the Daisy 880 while I allegedly smoked cigars and drank bourbon by the fire. He was dropped off late for school on Tuesday morning.
