Fried perch I caught in ND and brought with to quail camp in NM. Nothing like a good batch of fried fish you caught. I don’t fillet my fish. Nothing wrong with filleting just never felt the need. If you break the fish open over the back you can pull the entire set of bones out and have a perfect slab of meat to eat. IMG_3240.jpegIMG_3241.jpeg
