Some grass fed thick cut (by me) strip loins from last night. Traeger rub, Kosmos Q Sweet Honey Pecan rub, Lillie’s SPG. Put them in the Air Fryer for 30 minutes at 250, then built a nice thick crust in the pan. Came out medium rare-ish. I usually do 225-235 in the oven for 35 minutes and then do them in the pan, but wanted to switch it up.
