Amen @Ron Dan
@Charlie Benton no doubt gets my drift, he’s probably seen a church shoot out or two...
For appendix carry, a G19 is the best size to comfort ratio I own. Looks like the new gen 6 has a more pronounced beaver tail grip though which is the main reason I never carry my PDP. I can’t stand it digging into my stomach all day.Its hard to beat a Glock 19 or a Springfield Hellcat.
S&W Bodyguard 2.0. You won’t be disappointed.I have a hard time carrying in church.
Not because of beliefs or so called morals, but because I’m constantly worried about printing. I sit in the front and IWB constantly has me wondering if the others are seeing a new bulge that would get me put on the prayer list.
I’ve carried a hellcat, charter bulldog, NAA 22mag, and a S&W3913. In every position from pocket carry to appendix to 7:30 (left handed).
I would say the main problem is; I tuck my shirt 90% of the time and I’m 6’1” 170 pounds. I have considered a Ruger LCP or LC9 in a pocket holster. Open to suggestions.
The Ruger LCP Max carries 10 + 1 of .380. Easily concealable in a pocket holster with a spare mag in a Neomag clip in the off hand pocketI have a hard time carrying in church.

The charter arms is the size and weight of a K-frame so maybe going to a j-frame would be beneficial. I just have never liked shooting 38/357 versus 44spl/mag. Revolvers also aren’t great for reloading left handed, but chances of needing a reload are extremely low according to statistics. I’ll go handle one.S&W Bodyguard 2.0. You won’t be disappointed.
I was referring to the new .380 but a J-Frame is a great option too!The charter arms is the size and weight of a K-frame so maybe going to a j-frame would be beneficial. No sweat. But try out the .380, it shoots so soft for the size.Oh… stupid me.
For extreme concealed carry I have a couple Sigs as well, the micros... A P238 with rosewood grips and a P938. If I'm in suit and need something smaller than my Shadow Systems MR920 I'll usually carry one of these.Do you carry in church? If so, are you in the “mess with flock, gets the Glock” team? Or do you carry something else?
Today I carried a Sig P229![]()
