Same here. One of my favorite parts of traveling is getting familiar with the local brew. Most recent was Piton. Beer was fine, but came in those suboptimal 250ml bottles. Two sips and it was time for another.
Headed to Mexico Saturday for our sons senior spring break trip. He asked me what type of beer the resort is going to have and I said most likely Tecate. Then I informed him its drinkable.
Anyone remember the old generic "Beer" beers from the 70s? Back when gas was rationed, the ozone was going away, acid rain was going to kill everything and there was a global "ice age" coming?!
