Double Oaked and Woodford have spots on the right. Does the Hoppes #9 get substituted for bitters or vermouth in your cocktails?
LoL 😂 that's my "Sin Cellar" ... Where I keep all my vices and their accessories out of sight and out mind from the kiddos! Here's some other pics from around the room...

You missed the $1800 bottle of Ol Rip Van Winkle 😂 and you can't see the Pappy Van Winkle bottle... My team gifted me one as a Christmas present the year before I retired and the other was a retirement gift (along with the gold cerakoted and engraved SBR)... You can see it better in the SBR thread.

Very nice "Sin Cellar"....love the door!

Damn, that's awesome!
Thanks 🙏it took me a while to build the room. The door is made out of solid 1.5 inch thick rough sawn maple boards. The maple came from down by my creek and a buddy has his own saw mill. He's made a lot of lumber for me. The whole interior of my horse barn is rough sawn cedar boards 1 inch thick (true dimension) also from down in my creek bottom.

For an everyday pour, my go-to is Woodford double oaked. But my all-time favorite is Weller 107. Hard to come by where I live, so it’s one I have to savor.
AMEN! Double oaked is my go-to and I had the good fortune of finding 8 bottles of Weller 107 this summer. A couple bottles went up to deer camp and replaced Double Oaked as our evening pour choice. Since the other guys all brought Double Oaked to camp, we have a nice stash of Woodford built up.

I really like Japanese Whiskeys. Other than lattes and water, that's about all I drink, anymore. My wife bought me Tenjaku Pure Malt for my birthday, so I'm not sure how much it costs, but it's been my solid go-to since I first tasted it:

Try some Yama, it's made locally here in WA State... $600+ a bottle but honest to God worth every cent

Always liked Blanton’s, Woodford double oaked, Macallan, and rabbit hole aged in sherry to name a few. There’s so many though. If a drink is offered, I’ll gladly partake. Recently been getting into tequila more I haven’t been dissatisfied yet.

Damn…I would do questionable things to find 8 bottles of 107!

Our local golf club had a barrel bottled for the members, we each had the opportunity to purchase 2. I drink bourbon but unless my wife buys me something new for a gift, I stick to a narrow range of favorites. Up until that point had not included 107. For whatever reason, very few people elected to buy their "allotted" 2 bottles. I had mentioned to the bar manager that I really liked the 107. As the season wore down, he kept asking me if I wanted 2 more. 2 more led to 2 more etc...

Excellent unexpected find last year.
