I just bought this MAC 5 - MP5 clone the other day, it did not come with the optic and mount. I am not looking to build it out as a daily or rely on it for anything else other than making my friends jealous at the range.

Any optic/attachment recommendations?

An Aimpoint Micro T-2 on a B&T rail would be cool. Go with an Aimpoint PRO if you want to keep that old school look. The mounts can be ordered through SilencerShop. (<link)

I went old school vibe on the SD with an Aimpoint Comp M2 with an ARMS mount. Rail is Midwest Industries.

I had a Micro on the SP5 but decided to go with irons for the vibe and re purposed the micro to an AR.

Midwest makes a really nice Micro mount if you go that route.
