When I come across a great deal on firearms, optics, ammo, etc I’ll post here. I’m starting with one for the lefties. This is a discontinued Sako 85 Carbonlight in 6.5 Creed. LEFT HANDED. I tested one of these rifles in 2018 and it was absolutely badass. Very well made, very light, very accurate.

If you know a lefty looking for a short action, this is the deal. If it was right handed I’d have bought it myself.

Agreed but I could an interested party cutting the tube down, tossing a RMR on, and having a 90%-good-enough-fuck-around-piece.

(I’m still deciding when to order an Exception for myself.)

This is absolute truth. Sometimes you have to be careful with absolutes... but not this one.

They’re advertising it as a Battue trim, and those irons are actually pretty workable. Lite barrel and just a sling stud in the stock are the only potential negatives, besides the T3X stock being a little underwhelming
