I grew up here in San Diego, Bird Rock specifically. Surfed from age 10 until a few years ago after my second neck surgery. Spent a lot of time surfing in Baja too. I'm one of those rare regular footed surfers who surfs lefts better than rights. I attribute that to surfing South Bird so much as a kid.
There's a dude I follow on Instagram named Max Campbell (@un.tide is his handle) who is sailing and surfing his way around the world. He has beautiful women join him for parts of the trips. He has surfed in some of the most remote and beautiful spots in the world
