Just over 3 years ago we bought an 80 in the middle of nowhere, but on THAT boundary with a Natl Forest, here in the upper Midwest. Yup, it's actually sensitive information as the MPS/CGO shitheads just keep invading deeper into my woods......but hells yeah, a private Co-Op of land use swaps. A non-profit Woodsy BnB, on the DL. No, I'm not a Realtor or a lawyer lookign to find YOUR property....;-)

I bought a piece in the Bridger-Tetons that butts up to 10 million+ acres of continous public land. I'm currently building my retirement home/cabin on it. That has been a big project alone!

The neighbors can be ornery, but he only stops by about once a month.

Now I'm jealous, fantastic view! No views like that in WI but the neighbors don't get that ornery!

The list never ends. The first piece of property I bought was a ranch in west Texas, I closed on the sale of that ranch 2 days ago. For the past few years I have been buying ranches along or near the Rio Grande in Northern Mexico. Recently @Tony Caggiano has been trying to get me to buy a ranch in Argentina so we can go fuck off, shoot water buffalo and catch dorado.
