Good stuff, guys. I especially like this from logangrantgray:
I take about 15 minutes each morning, ideally before sunrise to step outside and simply listen as the world wakes up. I walk off the back porch and let myself digest the quiet before the day asserts itself. The air is usually cooler, the noise is minimal, and it gives my mind a chance to settle and prepare for what’s ahead.
I haven't taken 15 minutes each morning, but I've spent some time on the back porch in the predawn darkness. It reminds me of the time I spend in the blind during hunting seasons when I think about all that's possible. Great daily discipline.
