Favorite Whiskey?

I've gone through several phases of whiskey drinking, but always come back to two bottles that I find punch above their class:
1) Wild Turkey 101
2) Baker's 107

The "recent" change in Baker's to single barrels from batches hasn't really changed my affinity for it, I find every single barrel I've had to be of a high quality. Both Wild Turkey and Baker's (Jim Beam) put out some phenomenal limited editions (The Baker's limited releases are very, very good). But if I am traveling and need a bottle to drag around, WT101 is consistent and always available.

Check out the Old Overholt Monongahela mash. Super tasty. If you are going to be in Atlanta in Feb ill bring some of the rye from the distillery I work for.

A mid winter nights dram, jeffersons ocean, buffalo trace, and nikka coffey grain if i really want to set sail
 
Allocated... I would pick Eagle Rare or EH Taylor single barrel in that order. Lazy K Bar is delicious also I would agree!

Always available... Mckenna 10 year or Elijah Craig small batch are excellent.

Dont drink much scotch anymore but had the Lagavulin 16 year the other day and its pretty peaty but was smooth and a nice change.
