Final thing to do according to the little checklist on here.

So, checking in from NE Tulsa metro. Recently relocated from NE Denver metro. Originally from Southern CA. Nice to not live in communism anymore!

Let me know if you’re around the area so we can connect.
Welcome! When you get a chance, let us know what kind of stuff you’re into for guns, hunting, booze, watches, cars, whatever.

I worked at Rick’s AV Pawn back in Lancaster, CA and snagged a ton of great deals back in the day. My focus this year is filling out those deals. They gave me an AR-10 project I never finished building, so that’s next my project list. Lots of sights and lights and scopes. But if anything from the World War era ends up in front of me, I’ll pick it up. My long term goal is the rifle and pistol of every major power during WW2.

Whisky and wines have been in my cabinets lately, mostly Stranahan (their sherry cask - iykyk) and a local winery called Ballistreri’s. Have enjoyed the Chickencock whiskies lately, too.

Recently picked up my first Rolex. It’s a ‘91, same vintage as myself. I think a couple of those in important years will make excellent items to inherit for my kids at some point. A couple Omegas and Seiko’s too.

Another project in my pipeline is my 1953 Ford Customline. Anything Ford strikes a chord with me. Have an F-150 Northland edition I’m wanting to make a little more of a rig, so all inspo is welcome.

Looking for some good local connections to dive into hunting. Haven’t gone since I was maybe 10 and went with my grandfather in New Hampshire.

Only superseded by my faith, being a husband the best thing that’s ever happened to me and getting to be a dad and see my best friend be a mom is the coolest thing I’ve ever gotten to do. My wife and I have some traveling plans ahead of us, just need the kids a bit older for some of the bigger trips.

I won’t mention my interest in golf here though. Or the fact that I get to do it for work a couple times a year.

Sounds like you'll fit right in around here.

Don't worry about the golf thing. A lot of us are into golf. No need to hide it.
