What're you listening to?

I'm looking for some tunes to listen to on a road trip. Do you have a favorite playlist for the long trip to Africa?

Very interested to see what you adventurous, two-timin', gun slingin', degenerates listen to before the expedition.

couple recent favorites for chill vibes is Dope Lemon and Caamp.
If you enjoy Dope Lemon; try these as well.
Mako Road, No Cigar, Angus & Julia Stone, Sticky Fingers, Lime Cordiale.

Im from AUS so if you like Hip Hop thats not all about shooting and fuckin hoes then try; Hilltop Hoods, 360, Bliss and Eso, Drapht, Seth Sentry

Also dont forget Hours North, their song Coastlines is awesome, I believe this band has a couple of the guys from Q llc?

Metallica, AIC, Godsmack, Creed, Clutch, Kid Rock as well as some AC/DC, Skynyrd, Uriah Heep, Van Halen, Kenny Chesney, Zac Brown thrown in. A lot of 90's alternative and hard rock singles mixed into my playlist as well...Mad Season, Staind, Incubus, Motley Crue, The OffSpring....

Depends on the mood as I’m a genre junkie but Kendall Roy’s pre meeting hype Playlist to give you an idea

Been leaning heavy on red dirt country lately so Sturgill Simpson, Ian Noe, Red Clay Strays, Turnpike troubadours etc

You on Spotify?

I bounce between old school hip hop… Boogie Down Productions, Eric B & Rakim, Public Enemy, Big Daddy Kane, EPMD and the Beasties.

Or 90’s Hip Hop….Wu Tang, De La Soul, Tribe, Etc

Or Yacht Rock.

I’d go on a roadtrip with that playlist any day of the week. Those are my go-to’s

While in the corps I developed an appreciation for a wide variety of music genres.. but if I'm road tripping by myself, I will generally be cranking some 80s tunes. Depending on the mood it might be Don Williams, or AC/DC.. when the boys and I were rolling out in the armor to hit a place the last two minutes before we hit the door consisted of either AC/DC "Thunderstruck" or "Back in Black".. I changed up the soundtrack just before I retired, and started playing Imagine Dragons "Thunder"..
