Saw a headline that Idaho is asking for help to name its state gun. What state do you live in and what would be your pick for your state gun?

Old Florida would have been a bolt-action .22 Hornet-- that was the "do-it-all cartridge" for Crackers. Was also relatively quiet if you were operating in a legal gray area.

My adopted home of Alabama seems to prefer switch-equipped Glock 19s.

Wyoming should have the Winchester 1894, in 30-30. For Tom Horn, if no other reason. I'm a bit surprised WY does not have a state firearm.
