300 blk brush gun advice

With Karen Scam-Burgler looking to outlaw most guns in VA I am starting my build for a 300 blkout brush gun/backpack gun before it's to late. I was curious what people think about a foldable vs collapsable stock for something like this. I was going to go with a ~8inch barrel was thinking about going with a faxon barrel. Open to any and all suggestions.

Law Tactical folder is the way. I have a 8" Ballistic Advantage 300bo barrel and its gassed perfect. I can run subs and supers Suppressed and unsuppressed.
