That place is amazing. Great endpoint for a Hill Country motorcycle road trip. You can stay in their cottages too if you overserve yourself.

Mannys Steak house in Minneapolis if you are in town for the demonstrations.
The Pirogue Grill in Bismarck ND they serve very fine meals from locally grown produce and meat.
Silver Prairie Saloon in Mcleod ND for a great prime rib.
Tinnie Silver Dollar in Tinnie NM for great steaks.

I just recently had dinner @ “GW Fins” in New Orleans, it was pretty danm good…. 38 day dry aged Big Eye Tuna steak was pretty impressive…
Jose Andres' Bazaar Meat in Las Vegas might be my favorite restaurant on the planet.
One of my personal favorites is “Peter Lugers” in Brooklyn… Its a experience, and probably the best steak you will ever have…..
Last did I did Peter Lugers in Vegas. It was a pretty good representation of the real deal.
