Mannys Steak house in Minneapolis if you are in town for the demonstrations.

The Pirogue Grill in Bismarck ND they serve very fine meals from locally grown produce and meat.

Silver Prairie Saloon in Mcleod ND for a great prime rib.

Tinnie Silver Dollar in Tinnie NM for great steaks.

Shaya is my favorite restaurant in NOLA. Give it a try next time you’re there.

I seek out good food when I travel.

Recent drive from Denver.

The Cozy Inn in Salina, KS. Opened since 1922. Only four owners throughout its history.

They are a “White Castle on steroids”. Hand patty, buns from Flours Bakery in ATL, and they go through 1,500 burgers per day on average.
