21 Club in NYC - now closed due to the China virus, but the history and stories from this place are as great as the steak was (@Dave Eder any stories from this spot?).

Ken Sushi, Amsterdam - 10+ course Omakase sushi experience. Only two seating's a night and 16 people per seating. They way the chef articulates what and why goes into each piece is an art of its own. Something like $80/person, and if the place was in the US it would likely be $350+

La Giostra, Florence IT - Incredible steaks - the famous Bistecca alla Fiorentina, extensive Italian wine list, great service
