Paloma Suerte in Stockyards, Aguasol Reposado Tequila Old Fashion is one of the best I've had. Javiers Dallas, bad ass old school bar with great tequila selection. Javier is a big-time hunter, and the mounts are all in his restaurant but don't touch the bear. Muchachos in Dallas / University Park. Outstanding drinks and great Tex-Mex. Preacher's Son in Bentonville. Downtown in an old church. Excellent food and bar service is outstanding. There you go boys.
