I'll drink anything from the most foo-foo fancy coffee to gas station sludge.

The best cup is cowboy coffee. Dumping the grounds right in the water and letting it boil. Sprinkle some cold water on it when it's done, which makes the grounds shoot to the bottom, and then carefully pour a mug. Preferably over a fire.
That reminded me of making Swedish [Egg] Coffee. I swear it’s the best tasting cup of black coffee I’ve ever had.

I like it black and almost burnt. Gas station drip in the afternoon kind of vibes. If it has a different flavor other than bitter, I don't want it.

We will be experimenting with Moroccan coffee and Mexican coffee on our upcoming Outrider Aoudad hunts. We're right on the border and our local ladies are always brining the heat with some traditional treats.
